An Update on Our HBF Preferred Provider Status

As of 29th of September 2025, we will no longer be participating in the HBF members plus dental agreement.

This decision allows us to continue providing the highest level of care without the limitations of fixed insurer fee structures. It means we can spend the time needed on each appointment and use the best materials and techniques tailored to your individual needs.

What this means for you:

If you have any further questions not covered in the FAQ below or wish to discuss how this change might affect you, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for your ongoing support and trust in our clinic. We look forward to continuing to care for you and your smile.

Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely! We would love to continue to see you for all your dental needs. We accept all health insurance funds and you’ll still receive rebates from HBF, but the rebate amount may differ from your previous visits.

This decision was made so we can maintain the high standard of care and flexibility that our patients expect. We want to focus on what’s best for your health, not on third-party limitations.

Your out-of-pocket costs will only change on preventative treatments such as examinations, x-rays and cleans etc. The rebate you receive on these items will vary depending on your level of cover.

Of course! Our reception team can provide you with a treatment plan and help you check rebate amounts with your insurance prior to your next appointment.
